A circuit style boxing, strength, and conditioning workout that consist of 10 rounds that are 3 minutes each. Complete your workout in 36 minutes!

The Story

Erik and Mimi are NY natives who moved to NJ when the pandemic hit. They fell in love with boxing fitness many years ago when they trained at Mendez Boxing in Manhattan. They loved the feeling of empowerment and family that they would get the minute they walked in and always wanted to provide this for others.

They are special needs parents of 2 amazing boys who have nonverbal autism and that is what inspired the name No Labels Boxing Fitness. Their mission is to create an environment that will not only make you sweat, is open to your schedule, but also a place that gives back!

This place is amazing!! I have never been to a gym before where they have open hours and you can start your workout whenever you want so it is so nice to have that flexibility and not have the feeling of rushing to class for a certain time. They always work one on one with you so you’re actually learning real boxing skills. All of the trainers here are so nice and supportive. I also love the fact that they give back to the community and work with kids and adults with autism. The owners are the kindest people ever and they really have something special going on here.

When I walked into this gym almost two months ago, I never would have anticipated how much I would be gaining. It was suggested by a close friend that offered to have me tag along for her workout and I walked out with a membership the same day. My initial reason for signing up was some much needed motivation and structure. I gained not only that but also discipline, care, that extra push, and a village I didn’t even realize I needed.

Really great workout! So glad I came to this place - everyone is really friendly and it’s great for both absolute beginners and people looking for a great workout. I like how supportive the trainers are and how they make working out fun!!

Amazing gym! Run by the most amazing people!…I always get a great workout every time I go!

I initially set out for 3 sessions a week but I am enjoying it so much that I will be going 5 times in the week! You will surely leave sweating but trust me you will want to come back for some more.
