Coach Chris
Strength & Conditioning CoachMeet Chris - A dedicated adaptive fitness coach with a strong academic foundation in exercise science and hands-on experience working with individuals of all abilities. Chris is currently completing his degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to every session. His background includes work in physical therapy settings and leading adaptive fitness programs for young adults with physical and developmental challenges.
As a semi-pro soccer player, Chris knows a thing or two about footwork, teamwork, and showing up consistently (yes, even on leg day β½). He carries those same principles into his coaching, creating structured, supportive, and engaging workouts that meet athletes where they are while helping them build strength, coordination, and confidence safely.
